Our Neighbors in Downtown Las Vegas

We cover downtown and the older central neighborhoods around it: the Arts District, the historic John S. Park and Huntridge neighborhoods, Beverly Green, the Scotch 80s, and the blocks around Fremont East and the Las Vegas Medical District. That means a mix of mid-century houses, older apartments and condos, and newer downtown lofts, all within a few miles of Fremont Street.

What We Find in Central Las Vegas Homes

Many central Las Vegas homes date from the 1940s through the 1960s, and their heating and cooling has been changed more than once since then. We often find old ductwork that leaks or was sized for a smaller system, furnaces in closets or attics that have run for decades, older wiring, and outdoor units squeezed into tight side yards or set on the roof. A good repair here starts with understanding what earlier owners changed.

Downtown Las Vegas FAQs

My mid-century home has old ductwork. Can you work with it?

Yes. We check the ducts along with the equipment, because leaks and undersized runs are common in older central Las Vegas homes. We tell you what we find and give you options with prices before any work begins.

Do you work on condos and lofts downtown?

Yes, including units with a closet air handler and a condenser on the roof or a balcony. Let the office know about building access, parking or HOA rules when you book, and they’ll confirm your appointment time.

Is the price on the website what I will pay?

The website shows estimates. Your technician finds the actual problem and gives you an exact price, and the work only starts after you approve it.

Does the service call fee come off the repair bill?

No. The $69 service call pays for the trip and the diagnosis, and it is billed separately from the repair.
