AC & Heating Repair in Paradise, NV
32 Degrees AC & Furnace Repair has served homes across the Las Vegas Valley, including Paradise, since 2020. Co-owner Andy Kahn, a veteran, and our team give you the price before any work starts. NV License #88234.
We Know Paradise
We work in the neighborhoods east of the Strip, around UNLV, Paradise Palms and the areas near Harry Reid International Airport. When we’re not on a job, it’s hard to beat UNLV, Sunset Park, Paradise Palms’ mid-century homes and Harry Reid International Airport.
What We See in Paradise Homes
Paradise includes some of the Valley’s oldest housing: 1960s–70s homes in Paradise Palms and around UNLV, plus condos and rentals. Old ductwork, roof package units and electrical panels not sized for modern equipment are common, and landlords often need fast, clear quotes.
Estimated Prices
Estimates only. Prices shown are estimates for typical jobs and include a $69 service call (the $69 service call isn’t credited toward the repair). Your actual price depends on your system and the exact parts needed, and your technician gives you an exact upfront price before any work begins.

Paradise FAQs
I own a rental. Can you work with my tenant?
Yes. We can schedule with the tenant and send the diagnosis and estimate to you for approval before any repair.
Can a mid-century home get a modern system?
Usually. Sometimes ducts, the electrical panel or the roof curb need updates; we’ll spell that out in the estimate.
Are your prices exact?
Prices on our site are estimates. Your final price depends on your system and the exact parts needed, and you approve it before we start.
Is the service call credited toward the repair?
No. The $69 service call covers the trip and diagnosis and is separate from repair pricing.
