My house has two systems. Does a membership cover both?
Our Desert Ready and Desert Guardian memberships cover up to two HVAC systems, with additional systems available for an added fee. Plans are paid annually or monthly with a 12-month commitment.
Is it normal for the attic furnace to make my upstairs dusty or hot?
Attic equipment in Summerlin bakes in summer. Duct leaks and poor insulation around the furnace are common; we can check and seal what’s leaking.
