Henderson mixes 1980s–90s homes in Old Henderson and early Green Valley with brand-new builds in Cadence and Inspirada. We’ll match the existing pad location and keep equipment out of sight lines where possible. You (or we, with your OK) may need HOA approval before a replacement; ask us for equipment specs to include with your request.
My Green Valley home still has the original system. Repair or replace?
If it’s still running R-22, big repairs get expensive because that refrigerant is no longer produced. We’ll give you repair and replacement options with estimated prices so you can decide.
