What to Expect From Your Service Visit
- Request service. Tell us what your system is doing. Our office confirms availability and the applicable service-call fee before the visit.
- Get a diagnosis and clear options. We inspect the problem and explain the recommended work and price. A diagnostic visit does not automatically include repairs.
- You approve the work. Repairs require your authorization. If additional work is needed, we explain the change and obtain approval before proceeding, except for urgent safety situations described in our service agreement.
- Review the completed work. We explain what was repaired and any recommendations so you know what comes next.
Service-call pricing: The standard diagnostic/service-call fee is $69–$89, depending mainly on the day and time; the applicable amount is disclosed when scheduling. The standard fee remains payable if you decline a repair and is not credited toward repair charges. Membership service-call rates are listed on our membership page.
Job-specific scope, pricing and warranty details are governed by your approved proposal, applicable plan terms and our Service Agreement.
